Quality work at value for money price and fantastic customer service. Justyna is now our go to tailoring and alterations provider.
Poor service on arrival, left new Gucci shawl to be repaired...picked up in some crashed state full of threads. This shows that it was not stored/ kept in a respectful manner . I called the shop left message have not been called back. I wanted to give them the chance to redress this.
Asked for dress to be altered in a day and it was done to perfection! Lovely people too.
Great staff, we have had coats relined, curtains shortened, trousers altered etc, all done to a great standard
