I do not typically leave reviews, but due to the treatment I received, I felt compelled to do so. I am not angry, but rather disappointed with the poor service. I have visited this establishment twice. On my first visit, I intended to get a haircut there, but one of the barbers directed me to their other shop. Despite telling them that it was fine for me to get my haircut there, the barber insisted, stating that they also owned the other place. When I returned today, the same barber repeated this behavior. To put this in perspective, the shop was completely empty except for the two customers currently getting their hair cut. I was not in a hurry, so why was I being asked to go elsewhere when I specifically chose this shop? I decided to politely ask the barber why he was insistent on me getting my hair cut at the other shop. He became defensive, claiming that there was nothing special about me to remember and that he was not "discriminating" against me which I had not mentioned. He then said that I would not be getting my hair cut there again because of this complaint i made. Having visited many salons, this was the most disappointing experience I have ever encountered. Sending a customer away for politely voicing a concern is unacceptable. This behavior is completely abysmal. I am deeply disgusted and would not wish anyone to feel the way I felt today.
I have been going to this place for years and hair cut is always on spot. Great customer service. Highly recommended
Very good and professional barbers. The price is great and they don’t rush to cut as many peoples hair as possible per day, which I’ve often found for the majority of the city centre barbers, which charge around the same price of £15

I am not from Leeds so was taking a stab in the dark as to whether this place would be on par or not, had a gander at the reviews as ya do, seemed all positive so went in and got a cut from the bro Dimitri and man was on point. I’m a student and just got my first cut in Leeds, they did a great job! I’d recommend if you’re looking for a good haircut. The guy who cut my hair seemed very experienced and clearly knew what he was doing.

There are two barber shops under the same name/brand. The one slightly outside the centre is good and the guys there know what they are doing and there is always a queue there. The shop inside the centre is usually empty and you might get sent there if the first one is full. Do not go! Barbers there change monthly and the last three times I went there I had to fix my own haircut after. Can't believe they manage to do a number 3 haircut so uneven and patchy.
