Staff in here are really rude and cheeky and unhelpful 2 of the employees were slagging off a customer in the middle of the shop soon as her back was turned and making a fool of her not caring that I could hear them
Great products, but so busy. Needed advice on a product and spent 20 mins trying to flag a member of staff down. Shop online and use their chat function if you're in a rush.

There's staff is really very good
I visited this branch 2 weeks ago during my trip to Glasgow. Was greeted by a lovely girl called Megan. She was extremely helpful and didn't push me to buy products I didn't need. It was a very pleasant experience. 5 stars to Megan and her professionalism. Thank you!

Birthday for my daughter! She was served by staff who were very knowledgeable in their product and it's limitations. Expensive? Apparently that's the price you pay for quality products!
