Fab place lovely items good service really friendly. Loads of the clothing items can be wear by western women and the perfumes are so nice!!! The manager helped us changing an item that we had for a while and it became small. Very kind people
This is the best perfume fragrance I have tried so far. And it is surprisingly long lasting. Has A Very strong good pleasant smell very happy with the product and best ever purchase so far. Adhitya helped us a lot to choose good one and he has a good skills to maintain customer satisfaction.

Best shop for asian men and women quality fabric dresses for any occasion and best quality perfumes I ever had.. I have been to Wilmslow Road many times and is always greeted with smile and Adtiya is attentive and knowledgeable staff with excellent marketing and customer service skills.. very humble and enthusiastic in showing the best collection and new arrivals and he advise according to the personality and his advise is very valuable and helpful in selecting the dresses. He pay attention from the moment you enter the shop until you leave the shop with happy smile and buying at least something one perfume.. thank you so much J. for the best customer service staff.
Had a great experience here because Mumtaz was so helpful with suggesting and putting outfits together for me to try on and then finding the right sizes from the stock room to make sure they fit correctly. I can’t thank her enough for her hard work and she even overstayed her shift too! I spent more than I had intended to but left happy with my purchases. The clothes are well designed - almost reminds me of “Generation” back in the 80’s/90’s when it was good. I will return.
Extremely disappointed with your customer service. I purchased a top but doesn’t fit, When I explained this to manager he said can’t do anything , go to your tailor and adjust we can’t exchange or return, and All brands , Next , Zara or Debenhams etc, they return in 28 days even long, Which type of muslims they are send badduas to Junaid Jamsheed , It is muslim rule to change and return the items, but all brands do and Junaid Jamsheed don’t do , I left my kurta and duppata at shop and said just keep it if not for me then no needed no need refund, your customer service is so bad you guys really need to give your staff some training When I see the reviews then understand not only me most of customers not happy, you should change your policies
Thank you brother khuram had a great experience here because brother khuram was so helpful with suggesting outfits. We had a bad experience with a girl called shazia at cheetam hill junaid shamshed shop and we decided that we were never going back to a junaid shamshed shop but we went to wilmslow junaid shamshed janan as we were passing by and needed clothing so we decided to check out if they could help,khuram attended us in a really welcoming and good way.
Travelled from Nottingham and visited Junaid Jamshed, was served by the lovely lady, Mumtaz, very helpful and accommodating, and as a result of her treatment we ended up spending more. We brought a variety of items, which are good quality, and I would definitely recommend this shop to others. Thankyou so much!
Great place to buy Pakistani clothes for every occasion for all the family. Excellent quality. They accept return within 14 days with exchange or credit note.
Very very disappointed with your customer service. I purchased a outfit for my 12 year old a very small 12 year oldbut the trousers didnt fit her I had to purchase seperate trousers. When I explained this to manager kasim that surely the trousers should fit if its made for a 12 year old he was not interested in what I had to say. He gave me a blank look when i was making valid points and said i can't do anything, he said dont take it then rather than helping me he cut me off ,your customer service is so bad you guys really need to give your staff some training
