This shop discriminates against the disabled. They refused to allow me to shop with my assistance dog, saying that I would have to carry him! . He is wearing a service dog harness, with an assistance dog lead. Very clearly marked. I tried to explain that it IS discrimination to do this but was just faced with rudeness. I am disabled, how am I supposed to carry a dog around? Ignorance is no excuse. Not liking dogs is no excuse. This is discrimination. Please take your assistance dogs to this shop, or boycott it all together until an apology and policy change is made public.

I totally love this store. It literally has everything I need for my hair. If you don't see what your looking for ask any of the helpful, friendly staff, they're happy to help. Alish was a blessing. She worked so hard to find the exact item I described. She gave me advice and recommendations that will make me look good, save me money making my life easier

I don’t usually get around to writing reviews but I had such a lovely experience at Julia’s, I thought I’d make an effort. I’ve been in this store a few times over the years and I don’t recall the staff being as friendly and helpful as they were these past two occasions I’ve been in. I don’t know what has changed, but I like it! This year 2020 has been a tough year for some people, so a friendly face and a nice happy energy can’t be underestimated.. That is what I received when I was in store both when I bought something and when I spent ages just looking at the merchandise. Even though I was in the store for ages that first time, I didn’t feel rushed or under surveillance, I felt relaxed. At the same time, I appreciated the staff member who asked if I needed any help. I was also very happy with the speed at which I received a reply when I sent an enquiry through their Instagram page. To be honest I didn’t have high expectations of that because there weren’t many posts so I wasn’t sure if I would get a response but I did and with the same friendly manner as I got in store. Their “click and collect” system was very straight forward and when I arrived back at the store to collect and pay for my items, there was no messing about, it was all ready for me to pay for by cash or card. It is also great to know that, it isn’t just one member of staff that is friendly and the others are miserable, they all seemed very upbeat. I will definitely be shopping there again. Excellent costumer service at all time. I always do my hair shopping here and i have never been let down. They are Always available in showing you different options in order to help you to make the perfect choice. No rush at all. Staff friendly as well as professional. There is such a wide range of different items so it is almost impossible not to find what you was looking for. Highly recommended.

Considering the fact this store caters a lot to black customers, the people who work here are racist, when me & my little sister went in to buy some products both black the Asian store owner kept on following us and 2 other black customers around the store and watching us constantly. They would alternate between the aisle we were on and the aisle the other black customers were on. Incredibly disappointing and will definitely not be shopping here again.

Went in there yesterday to get my boyfriend a hair brush he has afro type hair and there was a big variety to choose from, the prices where absolutely amazing. So so cheap the only thing that really annoyed me was that you had to spend £5 to use card but I got to get a crazy colour dye which was only £2.99 and brought me a step closer to having the lilac locks I want

Popped in here for a general look at the products and makeup. Lots of choice and some lovely hair accessories. Lots of extensions and wig pieces aswell as full wigs. Practically wig city.
