I’ve used this family run chemist for over 20 years and they’ve always been really helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. Brilliant service and nice to have a local independent pharmacy to rely on. I get flu jabs there as it’s easier than the GP and having been a customer for so long they know you. Highly recommend them.
I used this local pharmacy and got excellent and quick advice and service from father and daughter. Very kind and knowledgable people. Will be using again for sure.

Extremely rude lady! I went to the pharmacy to pick up my repeat prescription medication. The lady said it wasn’t received yet. I explained to her that my GP called to confirm it was sent. She asked me to leave and call my GP. I called my GP practice who confirmed again that they were ready to collect and that if I have any issues the pharmacy can contact them directly. I went back to the pharmacy and the same lady said that it wasn’t there, advised me to call 111 for some unknown reason. I tried to explain and ask her to contact my GP as I was advised. She refused stating she wasn’t allowed to, and then had the nerve to ask me to leave again and refused to serve me. It’s my first visit at this pharmacy and the first time I have experienced anything like this. You should be more understanding and helping others, instead of dismissing them. Now I am struggling to get my medications, which I have now run out of.
Rude and insensitive pharmacy. Our GP confirmed the medications were ready for us there twice but when arrived at the pharmacy they denied this and refused to call the Gp to find out where the miscommunication occurred ? Extremely rude to my mum and asked her to step outside. All she wanted was her meds and they couldn’t even help figure out where the error occurred. She was made to feel stupid and became really tearful on her way home. Why don’t you just show some compassion and help people when there is clearly miscommunication? Computer says no situation … so rude… we will definitely change pharmacy.
Fast service with a smile! Priya and Solace, lovely charming ladies deliver quick service. I think they deserve a pay rise! In fact, all staff here are wonderful. They have several people walking in and out but Priya, in particular, seems to remember everybody's names. Neighbours have told me that. Solace is a new employee and is very efficient and professional.
Brilliant service - highly qualified pharmacists and staff who go above and beyond to take care of their patients. Came here for my travel vaccines and being scared of needles I was very nervous. The pharmacist completely put me at ease and calmed any nerves I had. Will definitely be coming back!
