Fantastic experience from start to finish.  I had a blocked external drain, which was cleared in under an hour from the initial phone call I placed with M.A.D. An extremely unpleasant and stressful situation was resolved so quickly and professionally and at a very reasonable price. I wouldn't hesitate to use the company again and would highly recommend them. Great job with a very friendly and professional team, specifically calling out Kelly, who kept me informed and reassured me that someone would be out to help the same day. Exceptional customer service,  well done.

Excellent service. I received a call back within 5 minutes of calling and arranged a time with Aaron due to having a backed up drain. They came out, worked in the pouring rain and resolved the situation quickly. The team were polite and friendly and very reasonably priced. I would highly recommend this company for a trustworthy and skilled work. Also they went above and beyond to clean around the manhole which was very kind. I would not hesitate to use again and thanks again for a great service.

After waiting nearly six weeks for brunelcare to authorise repairs to be done we had two gentleman arrive and explained what needed to be done. They carried out the work to a high standard keeping us informed of what they were doing. After the work was completed they made sure everything was put back how they found it and tidy. A credit to the company. Thank you.

Lee came to the rescue when I needed a job doing quickly and despite surprise challenges arising he was true to his word on the price of the job. He was meticulous on detail, giving great care and attention. His team also left the area spotless at the end. I couldn’t rate them any more.

I contacted Maintain a Drain in Bristol after trying unsuccesfully for a week to unblock 2 external drains that were VERY blocked up. They had a team who were working nearby, and were able to attend our property about 40 mins after I initially called in - the issue was resolved in under 10 mins, both drains now working perfectly. Very impressed, would use again without hesitation if any other drain/drainage issues.

From my first call to Kelly to the completion of the work, the service was excellent & all within two & a half hours. I had a blocked drain that another company had failed to clear & they had also left sewage all over the back garden. The technicians from M A D were very friendly & cleared the blockage efficiently.    They even cleared up the mess that the previous drain company had left behind. Can't thank them enough for sorting out this problem so quickly

Fixed blockage but charged £96 for a 6 minute call out, which I felt was overpriced. This wasnt out of hours and wasnt an emergency call out. Others should be aware of this minimum call out charge

I have been very impressed by this company from the first contact with Kelly to the two lads who turned up at the house to remove a blockage under a manhole cover.
