The price of the items are competent and cost effective no doubt. I have purchased one sofa and two cupboards from here and booked a slot for delivery. The delivery people didn’t bother to call and pop in exactly at 3pm when I went to school to pick up my kids leaving a sorry note. Called the centre again to rebook delivery and they charged me again and telling me that they tried to call me before delivery and which they didn’t. Anyway I paid second time again for delivery charges. So kindly be careful with very poor delivery service agents.
This store not what one may expect it to be, majority of items is very expensive or simply rubbish priced to clear. Most interesting items are available through eBay listings only, therefore no bargains are to be found in this store, doesn’t feel like charity any more, there are better alternatives in Weston to get a decent furniture on budget, much needed nowadays.
Have purchased quite a few things from here. Well priced. Happy to let you check electrical items work. Constantly changing goods. Great charity to contact if you're donating large used goods. Drivers punctual and friendly.
Customer service is really bad no smiling. Big price cheap quality and customer service. Better to buy new. Delivery charges very high when you asking return you have to pay more. Don’t recommend. rubbish
I came in to pick up a VCR TV, the staff were very friendly and explained the warranty very clearly. Also upon seeing me struggle to carry the TV, they searched for something to help. They then brought me this lovely bag that made it way more convenient to carry- wouldn’t have got it home without the extra help! Great place, love it and the staff.
Fantastic store stocking a wide range of second hand household furniture, white goods and electrical. The quality is very good and you can't beat the price. They also deliver and will also collect your old furniture. Worth a look, especially if you're on a tight budget.
It's a very interesting place that have different room settings to give you a better lookout for what you are aiming for. There is always something there that catches your eye.
Review Russ says.....take your time when looking and make sure you have measured properly. In general you can get good quality handed down furniture and prices to suit all budgets. Great no fuss collections and friendly helpful staff. More importantly a great cause is being supported.
Checked online to donate some brand new items. Appeared keen - they would collect, or I could post for free, or drop off. I thought I would do the right thing and drop off. Lady came to the door, very pleasant, but said they could only accept one item. I left a brand new quilt, still in its original wrapping, but they were not able to take more. Never again!
Very good quality second hand furniture for sale here. Ive bought a lovely armchair that was spotless, for £45 and other items. When money is short its worth checking every few days if you want something in particular. And they deliver and will take back any unwanted items you have for sale. Great cause too!
