Turned up today but you were closed. Website said you were open till 4 yet at 11.30 the place looked abandoned. Please have the decency to put the correct information on your website so as myself and other customers are not wasting their time and fuel coming to shop only to find you are closed
Drove an hour here and it was closed!! Mid day Sunday. Google hours incorrect / has this place shut down??
Barely any stock unfortunately, not sure whether they were winding down or just starting up post lock-down. Looked on website before travelling across town to shop, but it did not reflect what was in-store. Went for garden bits and pieces, came away with a tupaware box! Staff all excellent though!
Just been in Friendly staff good offers however you need to sort the checkouts ; 1 till on massive queue. No bar codes on garden products so till held up for over 10 minutes. Surely it's best to run at least 2 tills to avoid queues. This seems to happen most times I shop there. Thanks
Visited the store very recently and purchased several items. The staff are very helpful and polite. One item A Christmas tree on opening we found that the transformer was missing. Made a call to the store and the situation was rectified to a very satisfactory conclusion. A thank-you to Elaine and Janice, customer care at its best.
We visited the store on Monday morning to buy a lovely set of garden furniture we'd seen on a previous visit. Elaine on reception helped us complete the purchase and organised the quickest delivery ever. Two hours later the furniture was in our garden, delivered by a very pleasant driver!! So thank you so much Elaine, we really appreciate your efficiency. You couldn't have done more xx
Excellent service provided. We visited the leeds branch earlier this week and were greeted by Elaine on the reception desk with a lovely smile and cheerful greeting. Elaine was also very helpful when we visited a second time to purchase our garden furniture . Would definitely recommend JTF to anyone, helpful staff and decent prices.
No choice of stock. Empty shelves inside. Disappointed. Could not get anything that I wanted. Plants outside looked nice. On the bright side I spent next to nothing.
Just been to the Leeds store for some large items we were struggling to get around the store. A very helpful and friendly member of staff came to our rescue and took the trolley to check out for us and even pushed it out to the car and loaded for us! We couldnt of asked for a better service Thank you ANDREW you are a credit to JTF !
JTF is a great place for stuff , or atleast used to be. In recent months stock is lower it seems , the range of items reduced. Still friendly helpful staff, just less there. Massive selection of fireworks at present, as usual for this time of year. Hopefully the coming months will see a return of stock variety.
