Service second to none! From the planning by Danny Clark, the delivery and the multiple times I have popped into branch the service provided by Howdens, Morley has been second to none. Many of my original ideas changed after meeting with Danny and he came up with a design I hadn’t fully considered. I initially wanted an island unit which he advised would really be too tight and he was completely correct. I also fancied some additional units in one of the corners which he said may appear a little cluttered and he was right once again. I now have a very impressive kitchen which i’m constantly being complemented on even though the flooring is still to go down [another company] and decoration done as well, I just can’t wait to see it completely finished. When I initially approached Howdens I was advised prices were due to increase imminently so everything was dealt with promptly allowing me to save approximately 10% at the time [would be more now] and in my case equating to a 4 figure some which allowed me to make several upgrades keeping to my budget. Any extra bits I needed [not the branches fault just very small bits missing from boxes] were sourced promptly and chased until I was in receipt of. Overall I couldn’t recommend Danny and the rest of the team enough. Thank you!
Had an amazing experience from start to finish with Howdens Morley. Went in and chatted to Nichol about the style I wanted, I sent her the measurements and she had the drawings done really quickly and looked even better than I expected! She was very helpful when it came to adding/changing bits around! Thank-you Nichol and everyone else who helped me get my dream kitchen
Had great service from Steve at Howdens Morley The initial design was spot on and is now a reality .Quality of kitchen is really good and we are really pleased with the result. Thanks also to Nick the depot Manager along with other staff members who sorted bits when Steve was not in.
Generally good stuff for kitchen to buy and polite staff, however if you are due for refund , you need to go personally.
Can’t fault this depot at all from planning, ordering and delivery everything spot on. Jay Ellis the joiner was superb in every aspect of fitting. Wouldn’t hesitate in recommending. Thank you.

Completely inept of carrying out simple tasks. Kitchen mismeasured, wrong items sent. Orders not ordered. NO customer service. Would not recommend at all. Shambolic depot !!
We only needed to choose handles for doors for our builder. Jamie was extremely helpful it was a very pleasant visit.
After some technical issues howdens morley have been great in dealing with my issues and been great to deal with
Welcoming ad accommodating staff, the manager, Nick, knows the products well and can’t do enough to help out. I would recommend this branch to anyone.
