Fantastic business has never let me down for anything I have needed in stainless steel. Friendly staff and very fairly priced
Great selection of tools and powertools. They have also been able to provide literally every fastener I ever needed down to obscure grub screws in a choice of lengths, threading and materials. Prior to finding them I had wasted £100s on cheap black and decker drills from a well known chain DIY store that always burned out in no time. They demonstrated then sold me a great Milwaukee drill which has never let me down. In rare instances where they don’t have what you need they’ll happily order it in.
I took my 1935 tractor here to get it fixed. The engine was missing so it would not go. I asked Allgo if he would fix it cause my grandfather had it insured in 58. He said yes. Leaf it wif us lad he said. If we cany fix it we'll leaf it that nobody can! That was in 1998 and Al still has not fixed it! I call yesterday and saw Al running out the back door, looking back at me awkwordly. What can I do? He wony answer hes phone and keep sending the sexrety out to poot me af. We're eating out after cofit 19. At leest I'll get somfin out of it if only a rash!
Terrible experience with this place, At first this place seemed decent, brought a Milwaukee tool that I'd bought online from another supplier that needed fixed under warranty, they said they'd help me out and took the tool and said it would take a week as they send it to Belfast, at the end of the week no tool back, told me it would be Monday, then Tuesday etc. Towards the end of the second week after contacting them numerous times they have the tool back, I collect it and thank them, I also as for a quote for a Milwaukee Planer which I wanted to purchase, they said they'd get back to me with a price, I get home and try the tool with a battery and it hasn't been fixed, I contact them and told them it isn't fixed, they said they'd call me back, still no call, on the 3rd working day after I advise them it hadn't been fixed I call them again, very angry with the service I get through and vent my frustration and inform them I will not be recommending them to anyone I know and rightly so, not as much as an apology was given for the terribly experience, instead the owner calls me back to tell me he tried to do me a favour! As I hadn't bought it there and he was fixing it as a favour and he didn't have to as I wasn't a customer, well I tried to get a price for tools so I could purchase them from them, when I asked the owner where did he send the tool too to get fixed his response was, go find the answer on internet where I got the tool, he was angry because he tried to do me a favour and I wasn't happy with that! So the favour they did for me.... Took my drill, said they'd get it repaired under warranty, said it would be 1 week, it took 2 weeks and it's still not fixed, amazing favour I must say, told me to get it fixed elsewhere! What a joke! Do not recommend Allgo at all, oh and I was told he doesn't need my custum, go elsewhere! Lol Why would you go back, Tool tech in Coleraine have taken my new tool orders and will repair my broken drill
Always great quality and great service dealt with Lenny today was given some great advise too to get the job done Top team
Staff helpful. Found machine screws I needed to reassemble TV no probs very cheap too
Good store plenty things in stock nice friendly people.
If they don't have they can get it or make it. All good.
