I used joshiv also known as Jyoti for makeup services. I found her very rude and hostile. She showed me her album of makeup art which I later found out was all photocopied and edited she had done a terrible job. When I told her I was unhappy she literally lashed out at me and made me feel I was inadequate. I wanted to take her to the ombudsman and at the time I found there were many others who were unhappy with her services. She was known as a con artist. In the end I could not take her to the ombudsman because I found out she had passed away. I will never forget how nasty she was to me.Service: Makeup services

Joshivbeauty presented excellent bridal service to myself and did not let me down at all working exceptionally hard to ensure that I had been satisfied with service and great attention to detail. I highly recommend their services as they are friendly, made me feel at ease, and presented good quality artistry and professionalism. Highly proud of their philosophy of never letting a bride down last minute and they have stayed true to this in my experience. Thank you to the team !!!

I asked her if her course is credited. She lied and I found out too late in my process that her courses and certification is not accredited. I should have researched this myself instead of trusting her. She also lied about where her money goes. She told me she needed upfront payment before 11 days of me starting the course because she needed to buy brushes. All lies. None of the students received brushes from her. She had a wedding booking on my seventh trying day and myself and the other girls waited outside her house for two hours for them her to ring up and say to come to the clients house. When we got there she told the client we was late and was meant to help her on the day just so she could save her own back and make an excuse for why she didn't get them ready in time. She didn't say sorry and don't make those hours of training up with us. She would talk badly about certain students infront me with other students also is not a professional teaching environment. There are many good hair and makeup teachers out there no one sold be missing out if they didn't go to Joshiv I regret spending the money on her course completely. She took four months to provide four of us students certificates and even then she printed out my name wrong and took another two months to do that. I know a bride also that had an extremely bad wedding day because Joshiv cancelled the day before. I'm only explaining all this so no one else wastes their money.

Well I did Joshiv hair and beauty course in May. I paid for my kit in May and it is now January I still haven't received my kit or certificates and she is ignoring my calls and texts. I'm now taking legal action to recover my money. Very unprofessional don't waste your time or money on this course.

Amrit, Joshiv's son, did my sisters makeup for all her wedding functions. Amrit exceed all our expectations, not only did my sister LOVE his work but he was extremely professional and patient with requests, going above and beyond.

The most horrible rude arrogant miserable woman. She lied and cheated me, didn't even do what I paid her to do. She stole things from my house and took extra money from me. Threatened not to show up on the day of my mendi unless I agree to pay her more. Came 3 hours late and did a rush job. Do your own make up but do not book her

Really enjoyed the mendhi course trained by Amrit. He taught me how to flow designs, create ideas from one to the next and so much more. I was really interested in henna but had so much to learn. Glad I chose this course and am so excited to take it to the next step now and hope to make a career. Thank you Amrit x

I was excited to experience their services. The price we paid was around £1500 . However, it does worth it and they do go out the way to exceed expectations. Lots of people has written bad reviews but I completely agree to disagree. What you get is what you paid. Simply outstanding and will recommend to my family and friends. Thank you guys

Chose her and her son to doll us 5 up, for our brothers wedding charged deposit twice, and neither of them done a good job with the makeup or hairstyles, and charged my mum extra as said it was included in the package which she said was, very disappointed with the service never to use again and not to refer her either as total waste money!

She lied to me as well regarding certificates it is not recognisable.she took £1500 for it . She is a fraud .
