Curious place tucked away at the end of a private track but close to the canal basin on the Llangollen canal. Starting point for trips across the Pontcysyllte Aqueduct. Car park and cafe right outside. Good place to stop if you are walking the towing path and need a snack.

Unique experience perhaps in its own class. Not in the same level or class as a trip to Paris or Rome. Not even close. Lots of driving to get here. A long, narrow and enclosed boat with windows floated across a narrow channel. Lots of beautiful views of the country side.

Really friendly staff, so relaxing, you are well looked after, there's a nice cafe if you're a little early, there's toilets as well, you get to go over the aquaduct as well
