Just had two days canoeing along Llangollen canal and camped at Boathouse. Wow!! my 12yr old son and I had the most amazing time. Thanks to Robson who's knowledge and friendly support was first class. Also the other team members were really welcoming. We will be back soon. Highly recommend. Great mother and son time spent working as a team (and no technology:) ).

Plenty of parking. Wheelchair access good but a raised area within main dining area not accessible. Separate room for larger groups. Accessible toilet on ground floor with other toilets downstairs. Nice decking area outside with lovely views of marina in one direction but horrendous view of chipboard factory etc in opposite direction. Good choice of food but real chip enthusiast may not approve of their chips...I thought they were nice.

Very welcoming as we had a camper we needed to be able to stay the night which meant we could have dinner and a couple of drinks beautiful spot and they did great activities if you fancy throwing an axe @! 😁
