Poor service from Joma. Forgot to send my item, then when they sent it, it was lost by DHL. I had to chase Joma twice to find out what was going on. Now they tell me the charm isn’t available. Due to the delay in them sending it out, I can’t get a replacement present for my wife’s Christmas present. They were very good at responding to my emails and have issued a refund. I wouldn’t use them again.

What a wonderful business! High quality products which are personalised and beautifully, carefully packaged. My order was delivered the day after I placed my order. I would not hesitate to recommend this company. Absolutely brilliant!

Super impressed. Ordered ‘a little’ bracelet as a gift with three charms. Extremely good value for money the bracelet is beautiful. Was posted and arrived within 4 days. Personalisation on the gift card/note and gift bag are beautiful and a bonus that they’re completely free! Couldn’t recommend this brand enough.

Great service and lovely products

Do not order from them online Very slow shipping. twice I emailed with a question on neither occasion did they answer the question, just a generic response....infuriating! Better to buy from a store and get some service.

Complete and utter rip-off! Fixed two items of jewellery for £100 using cheap, shoddy materials and didn't even clean them properly! not professional.

Cancelled my order a week later even thought the item is still “avalible” on the website
