My first experience ever at Beaverbrooks Banbury was amazing. I like the environment at the Beaverbrooks. The Staffs was friendly and Alice was a great Manager! She's lovely. Often acknowledge me soon as I got into the premise (which made me proud everytime when I entered there, even just for a browsing till I finally bought something there!)....She's a good helper (when you are so stressed looking for something for your dear 1, she'll always help), always listened to your needs/requirements and served me with such a great smile (most of the time). She always listened to my stories (work, house etc etc) without even stopping me and tell me to go off (which is good!). I never came across such a good customer service cum a good listener in my whole life before. I congratulate the Management for having such a good employee like Alice. I won't look for another Jewellers except Beaverbrooks in Banbury coz i could find all sorta exclusive Jewelleries there. Beaverbrooks  is highly recommended. Do visit them and see how they make you feel IMPORTANT even just for an enquiry!
