The staff in this store are very helpful. I would certainly recommend anyone to use this store. Had an issue with a bracelet, but no receipt, they went out of their way to find details and refunded money to a gift card.. thank you for your help..
Always received good service here when I have been in to have rings altered. They only lose a star because I always end up in there longer than I expect as they can be quite slow.
The staff were very friendly and very helpful. They really did look after my needs to find what I wanted.
