From our modest beginnings in Enfield as a single store in 1971, Jollyes has grown into one of the largest chains of pet food superstores with 59 Jollyes and Jollyes Petzone stores across the UK and Northern Ireland. You can find anything for your pet, from pet food, pet toys and an array of pet accessories. You can even bring your pet into our stores, while you do your pet's shopping.

Staff are really helpful and friendly. Great range of food and gear for cats and dogs - other animals are limited by they do sell birds and live food.

Popped in with my daughter as she wanted to see the birds there. Staff were nice enough and there is a lot sold there and at a good price. There is plenty of parking  which is great.

A very good pet shop, cheaper than the chain pet stores and has a slight charm to it.

I think it is totally about who is on at the time for your pet shopping experience.  I have had miserable service and really good service with a smile. I am feeling in good spirits ,so the last one was extremely helpful and will write the review on that. I had a name tag done, was told it plays up and which one was the best to use for best results. Also saying if I did not work properly or good enough for my needs they would not charge me. I was pleased with the service and results so happy to pay. I am sure you will know quickly which day you will have there, as they do not hide it or possibly been trained for customer service.  But overall I do get most of what I need here, which keeps me coming back on those 'not so' plesent occasions.

Great parking, lots of choice, well laid out store so easy to find stuff. Lady was very helpful explaining something to me at the till.

Great vet lots of good advice and pet food at a reasonable price

Good size pet store. Caters for a variety of pets.  They also have a weighing machine so great to take your dog in and check their wait, if booking a appointment at the vets is a bit harder.  The staff are always attentive and helpful. Always welcoming, always their to give a hand with anything.  I think the selection of dog training treats could be improved just slightly. The longer lasting chews are brilliant, offering good quality options. However the training treats, some of the brands that are sold, aren't as good quality but this is common for many pet stores.
