Very poor service Our cat a home cat was let out We had to come back from our holidays as the sitter comment was “ He’s our there somewhere” The panic and fear was huge and we are now been threatened that if we tell of the service to others the police will be called We have not received an apology for the stress and loss of our holiday either or even an offer of refund. We found our cat with neighbours support once we returned but no one had been asked to help find him by the sitter I have had regular sitters over the years and never experienced such a non committed service and lack of empathy for our distress
