Booked through app which makes it much easier. Best to go weekday mornings for little kids. Lady there was so lovely. Use app to get 20% off food and drinks there.
Overcrowded. Absolutely pointless to book online as places are not reserved and expect when you arrive to stay on foot all the time even though you might be pregnant. Staff allow more than 3 family members with 1 child even if you haven’t booked for them. I will surely not visit for a second time!
Fairly small place but its not bad for the price around £6.50 per child.
Very happy with my daughters party . Staff were very accommodating and made sure everything was smooth . Thank you very much !
Not inaf sits for parents we need to sit a the floor for 1.30 time. I need to pay for my ticket and no sits
Its good for younger kids went today and was absolutely busy they letting to many people in no1 seats was available had to stand! One person working rude parents allowing their kide to push n have attitude. The price is also a joke.
Terrible management. They closed today, Sunday 07.05.2022, before their usual business hours and left my daughter very disappointed when she realised we couldn't get in. The staff said that management decided to close earlier today, all of the sudden, but there were kids inside. I asked to let her in for 10 min at least, but they refused. My daughter looked very sad and I could hardly calm her down.
When going with my under 2 year old child there is no supervision to stop older children going in the under 2s area and the couple of toddlers, including my own, that were in there were pushed about and had balls thrown at them. I booked a party for my eldest daughter and was not told information relevant to the booking, made it very clear that it was for a 16th to be told no problem, wrote the ages on the form of the children that would be attending, paid for the party and even pointed out that the woman had only charged me £1.50 not £150 which she didn't realise. Paid the difference so fully paid and booked with no issues. 2 weeks before the party told that it's not 1hr and a half play it's only 1hr unless you pay for 10 meals, then asked how tall the children are only bought up AFTER they accepted their fault at the time of booking and said they would do 1hr and half play but seem to be finding every excuse not to honour the party booking. Manager found booking form and to the question how old are the children I wrote 15, 16, 1-9 year olds but her response 'I thought that meant 15 or 16 1-9 year olds. Don't waste your money here on parties it's not worth the hassle and they will make you out to be a liar if they want to change up the terms. Don't take young children unless it's empty cos your toddler risks getting hurt or you getting into an argument with other parents.
Not many slides or activities within the soft play structure. Isn't very big so kids cannot run freely. 6.50 for kids with adults joining free. Small viewing/eating area also but has big Morrisons supermarket next door.
Was a decent place to go. Kids had fun but was very busy and tables wernt cleaned in-between sessions. And pretty expensive considering, I went with a 1 year old and a 9 year old. It was £5.30 for the one year old and all they really had for that age was a ball pit and 3 steps down to a small slide. The other side for over 4s was good, and my 9 year old was kept entertained for the whole 90min session and it was £6.40 which was OK. The tiny carton of orange juice was £1.10 and they don't do the jugs of juice anymore which was more economical. As I said was nothing wrong with it but not too much for younger kids and slightly expensive for what provisions they have for their age. But I have heard they do a term time session on Tuesday Tuesday Thursday mornings for the younger kids for only £2 so that would be better value for the younger ones.
