Great party Great kids party food Lovely staff Shame no air in there so very sticky amd sweaty but unlimited drinks for children Cake that bought from there was very dry so left most of it But very nice latte!!
Very good for children to let off steam and also great value for parties to as my granddaughter has come here for a party of her friend and she is really enjoying her self
We had a lovely few hours playing in the baby area. My little boy loved the ball pit in the sensory room. We also had some lunch. Good value for money, nice and clean and staff were very friendly. The food was quick too and there was a good selection of vegetables to go with the childrens meals which makes a nice change. We will definitely be back.
Nice friendly place. Foods is good fresh swell prices. Very clean play area. Suits a variety of ages. I think they should consider making a sensory area where they have a sofa with gazebo over it waste of space that I think. Kids love it there. Been a few times now n will go back again soon.
Have only used the sensory room as my little one is too small for the rest, but she loved it! There are not that many things for small babies to do but the bubble lights make up for that as she was mesmerised! The fact that parents go in for free was a welcome surprise, and there is a code for the sensory room so bigger kids can't come in and disrupt things. Facilities were clean and the coffee was good. Didn't try any of the cakes or food on offer but they looked tasty and the kitchen seemed spotless from the look I got.
What an experience blue bears was for me a 58 year old, with my nephew and his family it was a magnificent play centre for children to run and jump and climb in a safe environment. The staff were very helpful and all had smiles on their faces, so they must really enjoy the job. I would certainly recommend families try this centre as an alternative for school holidays when the weather is not to good. A really well run kiddies play centre that caters for children of all ages, well done blue bears.
Great place friendly staff cheap admission ample parking and great play area for the little ones. And when they get hungry there is plenty to eat wether it be a quick snack like crisps or a big meal. All in all a great place to spend a few hours to Tucker the kids out.
I really like this place. Nice and clean compared to the others. One thing I really don't like however is that they want to know home postcode, full name and DOB's of the kids. I'm afraid I refused for the DOB. For me, I don't feel that's information they need to know and it's a step too far for data gathering for kids. Great place overall though
Had my boys party there. Didn't get alot for what we payed. The name of the place keeps changing but it's still the same staff that don't interact with the children at there parties. Drinks are very over priced and when we went to pay I was told we had to pay for 2 children that didn't turn up. I wouldn't of minded but we had told them as soon as we got there. Will avoid next time.
Visited today for the first time! Postcode does not take you tothe point it is situated down a side road and the back. It has chnaged hands and no longer called runaround. Warm entrance, staff ok polite to customers. One thing i worry about, the personal information they wajt when you enter. Your name, address. Childs name and dob Now i wonder what security they hace in place to hold such information? No information relating to holding of personal details explained. Surely holding such personal information they should be something said to customers. The toliets cramped, and could do with a refurb in my opinion, too much going on in a bathroom 2 toliets? Bins x 2 child seat and nappy change in a small space. I ordered food, delivery was prompt, presented well.....but knowing i have not been here before i waited for cutlery....to be told it is at the end of the cafe front. This information should of been corresponded during the order being taken. Food was satisfactory in taste jothing soecial but edible. Childrens area seems to be functional and children seem content playing around with various challenges from stairs, mini zip wire to slides. Seating area comsists of around 20 tables and 6 sofas with children's table. Sofas are comfortbale and positioned in a way for your to be able to view play area. Overall am ok place to take the children, but i would no5 be happy with giving such personal information to enter, to which i didnt on entrance through being in a new area amd mot knowing informations such as visiting address or my niece dob partners family.
