We opened a trade account as the manage said we would get good prices, unfortunately first purchase was 25% more expensive so this will also be the last purchase, I was told its head office policy to shaft you until such a time they deem you worth of not shafting you, I asked if we could have free paint until such a time as we deem them worthy of payment, it was a no surprisingly

The staff is friendly. But the quality of wallpaper is very poor for what they charge £24 per roll it is twice as thin compared to BnQ, Homebase wallpapers for the same price range. Also the width of wallpaper is only 50cm, bought different type of wallpaper for the same price from a different shop and the width was 53.5cm meaning you'd have to spend less money on wallpapers and get a better quality. As far as I know people use Housing association Vouchers in their shops , That is prbobably why they or their suppliers cut the corners and in order to save money supply overpriced stuff.
Miserable female with dark hair. Needs to learn customer service to work in a customer based environment. Please and thank you and a smile goes a long way and it's free!

Loved the set up , friendly professional service , good prices definitely worth a visit.
Customer service is terrible I tried to ring a women back regarding getting a paint parcel delivered and she hung up on me.
Staff very helpful but B&M sell your own brand of paint cheaper!
Great paint shop that has all you could need with helpful staff and for the public too!
