Great staff in the cafe hard working they could do with a new toaster. Toast can be a bit burnt not good for your health but not the staffs fault! Management your store sells toaster I am sure you would get a discount
Checking in on sewing material, for when needed. Good basics! And then the surprises, that you didn't know you want . Plus selection of garden/picnic items.
The shop assistant was quite unprofessional, and the manager seemed more focused on supporting the staff rather than addressing the customer’s concerns. He referenced a policy that was neither visible in-store nor available on their website. Additionally, his demeanor and facial expressions during our conversation were inappropriate for handling a customer issue. It’s evident that the team could benefit from further training in customer service.
My order has been delayed by three weeks, and it seems no one is taking any responsibility for it. I’ve had to reschedule the delivery twice because they cancelled on me for various reasons – none of which were on my end, as I was home and ready each time they said they would come.nnI’ve been in touch with Customer Service, the Dunelm Delivery Network, their warehouse, and even the shop itself. After all that, I’ve had no choice but to cancel the order. It’s unbelievable how little anyone seems to care. I’ll definitely never be stepping foot in a Dunelm store again.
Seems to have the only cafe on the retail park, different to fast food and very welcome. Free parking. Large shop with a lift. Wide range of items such as curtains at competitive prices.
