Bought our car from here when it was coachcraft, the service was great, friendly and couldn't do enough for you. Now it's changed hands into a nationwide company and I feel that personal touch has been lost. It's a shame really. Got my car serviced from there and they didn't get it washed like they normally do. They will price match so shop around and do your homework before letting them carry out work and it'll save you a heap of cash.
Literally the best dealership ever. Rob was perfect from start to finish, getting my first car was a breeze and my dad says it was the easiest car purchase he has ever made! Felt treated like royalty, like one of the family and it was lovely. Quick, easy, friendliest customer service I have ever had from any business, hands down. Having a new car to take home was just the icing on the cake!
It's a shame that the rating only goes up to 5 stars, I'd quite honestly give a minimum of 7! All round excellent service from start to finish. Greeted promptly and efficiently upon arrival in the smart, clean showroom. The lady I dealt with, Maria, was very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable about all things VW. She put me at ease during my test drive, answering my questions with confidence, giving me the ability to make a fully informed decision about my options and purchase. After having the car for a while she still checked up on me and my car, seeing if I needed any further assistance. I'd highly recommend anyone use this branch of Johnson's VW for anything they need. New, used or just servicing the car you already have, they can do it all. You will not be disappointed. P.S. Ask for Maria and you won't go far wrong!
I visited the branch and was pleasantly greeted by Maria. She spent quite a lot of time with me to find my ideal choice of model which was a Polo GTI with the DSG gearbox. This determined that was the car for me. Great service provided. I would recommend anyone looking to purchase a Volkswagen from Maria.
Brilliant service from Johnsons VW Willenhall - everything well explained by Rob Hill - professional, friendly and with excellent attention to detail and some very nice customer service touches which added to our daughter's first car purchase and made life very easy for us too! Just as good customer service should be! Will be recommending to friends and will use again such as when our own VW needs attention. Thank-you for a stress free experience Rob!
We went in for a second hand car knowing VM is the brand we wanted. This is our first time using Johnson's. We did shopped around but we went back to Johnson's. The service from Rob was brilliant, tailor made personal customer service. Within a week, we picked up our car, no fuss and sorted. Thanks Rob
Went to VW wolverhampton 3 times for the same issues and the only thing they fixed was a broken door handle. It took 2 attempts and damage to both door handle inside 100% joke and they denied it. Booked my car in here for repair, showed them the main issues, after investigating they came back with a clutch fault. Replaced it and the car drives as it should now. I showed VW wolverhampton the same issues and they could'nt fix work it out. And i told them from day one the car shakes when changing gear E.g the clutch don't seem right. Johnsons has a few bad reviews don't let it put you off. There are a lot better than wolverhampton and the staff are great.
Johnsons VW dealership of Willenhall are a company that pride themselves on customer service. I was driving to Cornwall down the M6 in my VW Golf Plus taking my wife on a short weekend break. A few miles short of Willenhall I lost all power and limped off the motorway to the nearest VW dealer. The reception staff Charlotte recognised our dilemma and spoke to the service team Will to have a look at my car to identify the problem. Heaven and earth were moved and quickly the problem was identified. It was a very expensive part and fortunately they had one in stock. The work involved around 5 hours labour so without hesitation I was provided with a courtesy car to return home overnight, whilst the work was done. The following day I returned to find my car had been repaired by Will the mechanic / technician who had worked relentlessly to ensure it was ready for our return. I know that I have without doubt met the 'A'Team. Thank you so much for such fantastic service and being so helpful, positive and pleasant throughout this whole experience. Have been using them for servicing etc., since buying a Volkswagen a used Passat for the first time, four years ago. The quality of their service is excellent! Service staff are both knowledgeable and courteous, and they make great efforts to be as helpful as they can possibly be. Whenever I book the car in for anything they always have a courtesy car available. I am fairly clueless about mechanics, and when I have had a fault with the car, they have been endlessly patient with me as I struggle to explain the problem. If I'd known that VW dealers were so excellent, I'd had bought a VW years ago! I'm quite sure that, when it's time to change this car, I'll be looking for another Volkswagen, so that I can carry on enjoying this excellent service. Update 3.8.17 We were about to travel to a family wedding 150 miles away, and discovered the oil filler cap was missing. Johnsons didn't have one in stock, and could only get one the following day. I explained the urgency. They said leave it with them and come back in half an hour, and they would phone around. When we went back, they'd located an oil filler cap, and we got to the family wedding on time. These guys REALLY look after their customers!
Let's just say, I haven't shut up since visiting the dealers since last Friday.. A* customer service from the sales executive Rob, these guys are not jobs worth they do care and as other people have pointed out had I known the level of service I got here before I would have been a vw owner sooner. Rob went above and beyond for me and I'm now driving around, ever so curiously I might add in my dream car thank you again Rob and the team. You will see me again.
