Complete and utter scandal! Worst place I have ever stepped foot in lies through their teeth was disgusting! Got a 7k approve on finance and the cowboys were trying to get more constantly lieing to us and the car finance company, was told we had been accepted, even came over to collect us with the fake promise they had loads of cars for sale within the bracket! FRAUD FRAUD!! No clue there ‘manager’ was not customer faced, and by the looks of his black eye someone must of dealt with him differently, when picked up there ‘manager’ driving 120 mph like a lunatic! Stay away from these crooks!! Just round the corner you’ll find carcart amazing customer service these are lieing manipulating conmen!
My phone call was taken by Kelly and her customer service was brilliant. Answered all my questions over the phone and sorted me an appointment on the same day at a time to suit me. The car was ready to view when I arrived and I had more than enough time to take a good look and test drive! I received a 6 month warranty gold service and an MOT before picking up the car the next day. Overall a pleasant experience.
Lovely staff however paying 414.00 for 13 plate Audi a4 which engine making funny noise, my back licence plate fell off, dashboard lights up like a Christmas tree and some times won't start. Paint peeling off car... probably should of gone to trade centre or motorpoint. For that sort of money you expect quality, I feel robbed.
I brought Volvo V40 from here they have offered me a good car but a little bit expensive

I came in for a new car, Brandon Smith and Kully Singh were the people that helped me out with everything, they were very helpful, explained everything clearly and i am very happy with the car i am taking away. Would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a new car. Top job guys!
After spending the past two months searching for the right car I came to Bripark in Wilenhall and was greeted by a wonderful young salesman called Brandan who is full of enthusiasm and all round cheerful guy. Even after having a bad credit history due to having barely no credit in the past Brandan successfully managed to get me finance on a 2013 Dacia Sandero which has grown on me I must admit. After a 30-minute test drive I went ahead with the car and part exchanged my 2002 Ford Fiesta and Brandan went out of his way to help me transfer all my stuff in the new car. After signing the licence agreement and having a skype call with the finance company I was able to collect the car the next day. From start to finish the whole process was easy and Brandan took care of most of the paperwork such as the tax and sorting out the 7-day car insurance. However, when I collected the car there was no petrol it was literally running on fumes, there was no interor bulbs fitted less than 6 months MOT left, after the sales manager promised me he’ll sort out the MOT and Brandan accidentally sold me a car with less than 6 months MOT which is against legislation it took me 3 emails, 2 drive up visits and 3 phone calls to get the MOT sorted and I had to purchase the interior bulbs out my own expense. Overall, I received a great customer service apart from the lazy after sales checks which ruined the whole experience. BriPark would much improve if they checked all interior lights are fitted and the cars are generally clean inside and out and had some fuel too.
We are really happy with the service provided by Kelly. We bought a Ford B Max. Thank you so much Kelly. I would recommend Bripark Cars.
