Damage my 1000 Ponds Burberry coat after dry cleaning and question my coat has defect to cause this damage.

I wanted to leave a great review but asked for dry clean and iron for my suit and shirt for a wedding I'm going to tomorrow. Shirt came back not ironed and it cost me a spenny £19.30, so now I'm gonna look a doofus as I don't even have an iron. Gutted for the couple tbh, hope they don't glare.

avoid !.  refuse to clean a delicate blazer separately and already damaged blazer. i guess they don't read the instructions
