The staff here were great. We needed some items cleaning really quickly and they helped us out of a fix.

Terrible service. Handed a 4 piece suit in expecting it to be done in good time for a wedding my partner and I had to attend in London. First of all it hadn't been sent over from crookes to their branch in meadowhall so I was told to collect it from crookes the day of the wedding. I collected it and that evening in London found it hadn't been dry cleaned. Rang the manager who made me sound as if I was lying and very unhelpful. AWFUL SERVICE. NEVER AGAIN. DON'T USE THEM.

We had a terrible experience.  All our clothing was stolen on our way to a South East Asia lecture tour and holiday.  Whilst it was later found by the police, most of our favourite items were damaged by a black tar like  substance and we were again desperately upset.  Our insurers would not cover either the loss or the recovery process and failed to offer a solution, the cleaners they suggested were not willing to try and help us.  We searched the internet for a specialist Dry Cleaner in the UK who might help and failed to find one.  In desperation I went to Churchills at Crookes, they were very pleasant and whilst not able to guarrante perfect results, asked us to leave everything with them and the would do their best.
It took several weeks over the Christmas period for everything to finally come back to us but it was all totally SPOTLESS!  We cannot speak more highly of them and whilst the bill was considerable, we paid no more than normal dry cleaning costs.  They must be the best in the UK
