The most AMAZING service. Immediate warm welcome by two lovely ladies, and Lucy then looked after us with complete attentiveness/knowledge/patience/friendliness/professionalism and genuine care. They have resized my engagement ring whilst we await our chosen wedding rings, and we collected this today. Not only has it been resized but beautifully polished and looks like new after a year of living on my finger! Sooo glad we walked into John Titcombe. Couldn't be happier with it all!
