Paid £50 for a replacement certificate as I’d lost mine due to a house move. This was one of 18 certificates I had to reorder so as you can imagine at £50 a go I’d spent a small fortune with various awarding bodies. Only JMU out of the 17 other places I’d purchased replacement certs from require a document completed requesting a new certificate to be witnessed and signed for by a solicitor which obviously charges a fee as well. For a 3 month course I think this is absolutely ridiculous when all other 17 just required the fees including degrees and post graduate degrees and quals!
One of the best universities that offer Masters in Data Science. Good experience with Upgrad. As a working professional, focusing on industry usecases in masters and expert guidance helped not only in academics, but also in leveling up on problem solving with discipline.
Awful uni, don’t go!! Was excited to study here but god knows why. The ‘student union’ that they claim to have is non existent and they do nothing to bring students together. If you don’t get on with your flatmates, you’ll end up lonely so unless you like being on your own I wouldn’t recommend. There is no sense of community at this university and all the buildings are far too spread out. The accommodation also does nothing to bring people together so once again, you’ll end up alone. The student well-being team are not supportive and neither are the accommodation team. Contact hours are so low that you might as well not be studying. Go to a different university, I can’t imagine anywhere being much worse than this.
Having an awful experience here. Staff don't deal with bullying and my course isn't taught well administration don't deal with bullying and discourage you from reporting it and i have feeling all allegations are treated the same on my course wildlife conservation its such a cliquey and toxic community. staff and students don't intervene if they witness bullying. rather than make improvements staff deny that there is a problem with bullying at the school as they would rather not deal with it. sometimes they don't notice it or do anything because its sneaky or subtle, other times like when they say "She's slow" "She's stupid" "She looks disgusting" "Do you think she has a big nose?" "Ugly b-----" "Imagine faking tourette's" "She'll diagnose herself with all these disorders, especially if they're trendy" "It's so fake" "She looks so tired that she wants to die" I'm left confused as to why no one does anything or why people think its okay. my bullies are manipulative and other people side with them on my foundation year i've had another student that would sometimes interupt lectures and loudly make rude and inappropriate comments but somehow they never intervened, they didn't even tell them to be quiet. there was also an instance where a WC student interupted a lecture as I was doing a smiling tic "If I had teeth like that I'd kill myself" and the WC lecturer didn't do anything. what a horrible thing to say
So much fun there outstanding and brilliant place to meet new people and work towards a brighter you
I have a very bad experience with Up grad your education partner.. they refused to cancel my program even I haven’t enrolled in the program because of personal issues .. they forced me to continue otherwise they will not refund me .. i want new students to think again and again when they plan to study through up grad and LJMU … Very bad experience i have and I believe a lot of students have the same
A traditional school that Britain is proud of. I'll never forget the days I spent here.
Feel honour to be a part of this wonderful University through UpGrad. Bachelors and Masters qualification programs are being offered here with learn through highly qualified professors. Best learning experience. One of the great facilities are provided to students on and off campus. Online learning platform is great and intuitive. One of the best University in the UK. Highly recommended to those who want to study in UK.
I am already conducting my MSc at LJMU and I can say that everything is going the way I was hoping. The staff is very supportive, the lecturers are very professional, there is a wide range of sources for your research and the university organizes a lot of activities and field trips.
It was a great experience to be part of Liverpool Business School MBA class at LJMU, This distinctive 18-month MBA Program is intellectually-challenging, insightful and focused on improving practice across all areas of management, leadership, and the functions of the business. Proud to be part of LBS LJMU alumni. Cheers!!
