Always use Blackwell's in Liverpool and Oxford fantastic service. Knowledgeable friendly staff absolutely amazing!

Fairly nice store but there's one older female member of staff who never stops moaning. Everytime I go in all I can hear is her moaning about her job and moaning about other staff. It ruins the otherwise pleasant atmosphere. She's usually there in the morning, so avoid the AM. Miserable cow.

Gorgeous interior and connected to an equally lovely Costa. Really enjoyed my visit.

Huge selection of books, equally large amount of deals. Staff are keen and knowledgeable; only downside is it's easy to spend a fortune!
