The staff here treat your average folk very poorly. They were greeting those dressed smartly and ignoring those in casual clothing. We went to purchase a brand new TV but decided against it after staff discriminated. All your stores will close soon and you'll only have your selves to blame. Shame!
Very beautiful place! When we go to Solihull always we like to visit John Lewis and Partners because can find what all you need for all members of the family all ages. Massive and great range of TV's, laptops, etc and brilliant displays.
Delivery of items were as promised. Have ordered a lamp now which arrived faulty however was changed over with no hassle at all. Thumbs up to John Lewis.
Came in looking for a premium bottle of aftershave. Spoke to Taj on Men's Fragrances who gave me a great experience. He spent lots of time exploring the scent I like and suggesting some good options. He was fantastic
