Always had a good customer experience with very helpful staff. Great variety/selection of things available. All purchases have been great quality. My only issue has been the constant movement of stuff during the building works, but I assume this will settle once the construction works are completed.
Christmas has arrived at JL for 2020. Check out the NHS rainbow wall too. Friendly partners always on hand to help. Pictures also include the NHS Rainbow wall.
Store size is reduced for building work on the adjacent building, but my mission was successful nonetheless. Super friendly and helpful staff. Thanks so much for pointing me in the right direction.
This is a great store with a massive variety of products for every room in the house. They always aim for quality at competitive prices. There is a large restaurant serving hot and cold food and a variety of drinks If you are browsing be allow a couple of hours.
I was not sure whether to give a three or a four. The items on display were not for sale which was very frustrating. I have used John Lewis on numerous occasions and my kitchen bedroom and living room are full of equipment bought there therefore my great disappointment.
Shopping experience is still good in spite of Covid. There were helpers at the top of each escalator providing directions to the department you were looking for. 8 steps gap between shoppers on escalators gave confidence. Very happy customer.
Found a great sofa, and thanks to the help and advice of an awesome staff member, we were actually able to order it and get it in time! Most of the stuff here seems to be pretty nice...
Love this store, all you need is pretty much there, high level service and polite professionals make your best experience. Highly recommended for premium shopping!
