Delighted with the service from John Francis Tenby Office who oversaw our sale STC in August and Subsequent completion in November 22.  They gave us and our buyer great communication throughout the sale, keeping us informed and up to date with everything.  They are a great team but our contact was mainly with Shara who was excellent!

I bought a house through John Francis that eventually completed in October.  It was rather a long drawn out purchase but the staff kept me updated throughout. They were very professional and helpful and I’d have no hesitation in using them in the future.  Couldn’t recommend enough.

We as a family are very grateful for all the help they have given us through a very stressful move as we were moving from Gloucester to the tenby we were kept informed all along the process wish that could be said for the agent who was selling our property. Even after it all started to unravel and a move looked unlikely they helped find a solution which enabled us to move into our dream house So I have no hesitation in recommending the staff in tenby to help you find your dream home

Very professional, friendly and helpful service from all the staff. We were kept up to date with all developments. We love the home we have bought through John Francis and are very grateful that it all went through eventually without too many hitches.

A vulnerable friend of mine has just been charged a non returnable £240.00 fee for a credit check and the agent wanted to charge an extra £100 more for the deposit/bond than was requested by the owner of the property in Laugharne.  This complaint pertains to the office handling the Laugharne area. Would give no stars but apparently have to give them something.
