Story

Established in 1833, Frank B Mason and Co. are a well known and respected estate agent selling property in Pembrokeshire for over 150 years. The company was originally based in Tenby and now has expanded to a five office practice with offices in the county’s principal towns of Tenby, Haverfordwest, Milford Haven, Narberth and Pembroke.

Frank B Mason was a blunt, heavily built man with a sea-fairing background. He took over the Tenby Observer (running for over 150 years) and one of Tenby’s local papers when he was just 25. His father had founded it as part of a family business which embraced building, auctioneering and estate agency. The firm was the town’s biggest employer at the turn of the century.

Dominic Subbiani started with Frank B Mason on a “YTS” scheme progressing to office manager within several years. When the, then, Senior Partner, announced his retirement Dominic stepped into the position, within a decade of his starting with the company. He joined Tim Brace who was already in place within the company and together they moved the company forward adding further branches as well as investing in state of the art technology and energetic and experienced staff.

Recently rebranded as FBM, the company has stuck to its original principles – be honest, reliable and trustworthy. In recent years FBM has embraced technology becoming modern, high profile, and multiple office practice. The company has been in the forefront of technology leading the way in innovation.
