Extremely disappointing service. Constantly undermined me as the seller. Reduced the price of my home to tens of thousands under true price without my knowledge to please others and achieve a sale even when similar or smaller properties were holding price in the same street. Eventually sold my property within the family. If you want to sell your property for a reasonable, fair price find another agent. This one will happily take your money for little or no service and leave you as another statistic.

A very professional agent and all the staff spoke to me politely and in a  friendly manner, as a person and not just a customer. Always kept me up to date with events by personal contact. Feedback on viewings was obtained and given to me promptly. I used their legal associates who were efficient and cost evective, who also kept me up to date with the progress of my sale. I would definitely recommend them and will use them again if I wish to sell in the future.

Posted on bahelf of Sue Hill: Just to say Emma Lovett gave an excellent service , on behalf of West Wales. She listened and understood our situation as I was helping my relative , who had Alzheimers , sell his property. She kept us both informed and gave realistic, sensible advice and we received regular updates which was most helpful.

They were all really helpful. They work well within a team and always had time to talk things over with me if I had any queries.
They supported me throughout the sale off my property which at times was stressful.
I dealt with the pembroke branch and I would like to say thank you to all of them.
