Total waste of space. He was told not to come at a certain time as my wife had to do school run, guess what he turned up while my wife was out. I phoned him up and the man was totally rude on the phone and said he will be there the next day, guess what he did'nt turn up. The previous work he had done for us under the sink was almost a bodge job according to another plumber/heating engineer which has come across his so called work before. KEEP WELL CLEAR from this tradesman!!!!

Just phoned this man and he was most unhelpful and then hung up on me. not up to date with his customer service skills.

Tried to use him- made appointment then he called with some excuse and never showed back up or called. Very unprofessional - I wouldn't use him

Called round in the early evening after we were home from work to look at a faulty toilet. Assessed the problem within a few minutes and was able to complete the repair using new parts that were in the van. Did a thorough and tidy job for a reasonable price.

John visited a couple of times recently, firstly to install a cast iron radiator, which he did very neatly, then we invited him back to install a combimate, new stopcock and under sink water filter. We've been really impressed with the quality of his workmanship - he is very knowledgeable and has a likeable manner. We will definitely contact him again for future plumbing work.
