An excellent reliable Heating and Plumbing service, run by Alan and Debbie Carter, a family business with high standards. They provide an excellent service, which includes their excellent service plan, which knocks the spots off British Gas. We've been with Active Heating for many years. Great peace of mind, as they look after our central heating and boiler maintenance on a service contract. Very friendly and professional staff. They recently installed a shower and this excellent job was done very promptly.

Active Heating Services caused an oil leak during a service and charged me to come back and repair the leak. They claimed that the oil feed was in poor condition that caused the leak, however this should have been inspected and put right during the service as it was at the point of entry to the boiler. I would strongly avoid AHS based on this.

Had to call Active Heating out today as had issue with boiler.  Arrived within a couple of hours and all fixed.  Great service

They have damaged the boiler during service. Although they have attempted few times to repair it they never did. Ended up with buying a new boiler...
