I have used BGM for at least 12 years now and have absolutely no reason to stop. They come when they say they will, phone prior to arrival, do a good job and are a really good team. The office staff are always efficient and polite too! I have no hesitation in recommending them.

BGM are a great company I cannot recommend them enough. After several years with having my boiler "maintained" by major national energy suppliers, I discovered how poor their care was and so decided to go local. I took out a Total Care Plan with BGM and they have worked hard to keep my old boiler going, always coming when they said they would and nothing was too much time or trouble. Finally the boiler and pump could not carry on and so I asked BGM to fit a new one, I was worried that I was going to be without heating for a long time. This was not the case, within a week they had sourced the new boiler and installed it and at a very competitive price. The engineer was very professional and polite and kept us informed on what was happening. Then they reminded me that I could reduce my maintenance plan as I had a new boiler, so everything has worked out well. I have no doubt that BGM will be looking after my central heating system for many years to come.

We have known and used Barry and the team for nearly 10 years and they are utterly fantastic; 100% genuine, honest, timely, very tidy and informative, we will not be using anyone else.

Brilliant experience from start to finish, having an online booking system is amazing. Iv been kept awake at night by a very noisy fault and within 1 min of being in the door Nick was able to diagnose the problem and sort it there and then as he had the part in his van. Everything is now running as it should be and is wonderfully silent!
