Complaint submitted over 2 weeks ago now with no response or call to discuss. Waiting on my car going in for the 4th time due to problems each time. Saga has been going on for over 6 months now.
Waited for weeks to book my car in for repairs due lack of courtesy car availability. Repair then took more than double the estimated time, in which I was not updated regarding the progress which I was told I would be routinely until I had phoned which took multiple attempts after the phone was left unanswered. Inspected the car upon completion of the works to find that work had not been carried out correctly and further repair was needed. Then proceeded to wait more than 3 weeks for the car to be taken in for rework, again due to lack of courtesy cars. No timeline given for repairs and, again, failed to be kept in the loop regarding progress after specifically asking for this service.nnClearly understaffed and overworked resulting in very poor service, would not recommend.
Repair to bodywork estimated to take 3-5 days, took 15! Work was good but customer service was dire. No communication, phone rang out and cut off constantly. Clearly under resourced with too much work and they failed to manage expectations continually.nThey even called me the day after our car was collected to say my car would be ready in a few days after mechanical checks!
Was quoted £1500.66 for repair, went elsewhere, got it done for £400 not a good advert for loyal customers.Forgot to mention I paid £399 for accidental damage that insurers refused to pay. Never again will I be conned.
Avoid. From the gate everyone will look at you as though why have come to the body shop. Then comes the estimator with no hello no thank you tbh not a polite person. Before even walking up to car no parts of this car, what car is it don’t know then when said there is manufacturer dealer ship in glasgow oh ok. Only went as my insurance put me there now using the liability of the other driver and taking to another body shop, where the service was right opposite welcoming and so supportive. No one turns up to these places for happiness or leisure people come after an accident and their pride and joy motor.nnI have bought a lot from JC group but this one was out of the world in their poor service. If asked for estimate from this guys please turn up and don’t speak as they apparently are above all as they provide you an estimate
