This place is full of un professionals, I took my car with emissions light on and told them to get it fixed first and then do MOT, they did MOT and called me to pay extra for fixing the issue when I had auto care policy, now they are lying when my check in form stays emission error and told them to fix it. I will not recommend Arnold Clark et all. As this car was bought from them about 6 months back.
Couldn’t care less about the after sales, reported this on the 1st weekend of having the car, 2 months on no further on been in twice for head light to be looked at 1st time got told it needs replaced, 2nd time was a carry on, cancelled on me twice, then had the car for 4 days to get told nothing wrong! 24 hours later shock and behold back misting up again! Been a week and no one has phone me back after phoning multiple times asking to speak to a manger! Got told they would leave the job open but honestly they just fill you of so much rubbish it’s unreal. Never using or buying from them again and I’ve always bought a car from them!
I recently bought my car from another Arnold Clark, a week later had a knocking noise coming from the passenger side of my car. I took it to this service station as it’s the one closest to home, I went in on Monday they told me they identified the issue and had to order parts for Wednesday. I came back Wednesday dropped my car off and went into town for a bit. 6 hours later I went back as I didn’t hear anything and they told me my car was ready on the drive home the knocking noise was still there. I phoned them up and got told my car doesn’t need anything even though another technician said I needed two wishbones!!! I then got told it was my brake pads which was false information, I can only believe the technician didn’t want to do warranty work and left it outside immediately and I never even got a courtesy call or anything! Wouldn’t recommend!! I’ve got my car booked in another Arnold Clark that will hopefully be a lot more helpful than this one…. Not a great first experience
This place is full of unprofessional and no supportive staff while if you complain, they will delay your work, no chance of visiting again or recommending arnold Clark in my life to any of my circle. Better to visit some local garage than these people.
Excellent service every time i have used this garage. The staff are exceptional on the customer service front and the workmanship is excellent too. Thank you for fitting my daughters car in short notice for the disc brakes on the day you close for Xmas!
