Absolute shambles of a place, drop my car off to have a number of things checked out as I payed extra for warranty I was told that would cover “everything” by the sales man on the phone . Drop the car off to be told that I would hear back from them by 5 o’clock . Didn’t hear anything back , go to pick the car up anyway I was told it would be ready to pick up again at 5oclock , person i collected keys from didn’t even know what had been checked and bring up a broken button on steering wheel which I didn’t even bother to report as I know warranty will refuse to fix like everything else had to pay £62 for them to point out a broken button and I would hear back within couple hours when they have a response from warranty . 2 days later had to chase after them on the phone to be told that they didn’t take a video of the button to send to warranty. Which was made out to be my fault as I came to pick up the car at 5 o’clock like I was told to if I didn’t would have probably been handed a parking ticket very rude staffnnAvoid buying a car from here at all costs they are all friendly and helpful untill u buy then ull be treated like a mug.
Terrible experience 2 years running. I was very hesitant to return this year however, it was my final MOT and service included within my plan so booked my car in against my better judgement.nnLast year, my sump plug had not been refitted correctly. I called and took the car back twice as the service light came on within a few journeys of leaving only to be fobbed off. The second time I called I told them there was oil on the road however, was not listened to and sent away again after resetting the system again without even checking for anything else. It was only after the third call, and second time of saying oil was on the road, before this was looked at and was told I should have mentioned it before with no acknowledgement of their shortcomings. I was also only notified of the car being ready 15 minutes before closing and struggling to make it across the city in time.nnThis year, I was initially told my car would be ready on the day it was booked in, which it was not so told again it would be ready the following day. It was 4 days before getting my car back leaving me without a car over the weekend. Had I been told this in the first place I would have been more understanding, but to continually be told it will be ready for it not to be was frustrating. There appeared to be a discrepancies with repairs on the MOT certificate and the video update / online confirmation form so there was an unexpected cost. Communication was awful with myself, with little updates unless I called. Communication across the team also appeared to be lacking as I was given differing information.nnOn both occasions my car has been booked in for an early AM slot but not looked at until 5 - 6 hours later. Again, wouldn't be an issue if I knew this at the time of booking, but where is the sense in offering such times when there is evidently no capacity to undertake the amount of work booked in.nnSafe to say I will not be returning to this branch.
Couldn’t care less about the after sales, reported this on the 1st weekend of having the car, 2 months on no further on been in twice for head light to be looked at 1st time got told it needs replaced, 2nd time was a carry on, cancelled on me twice, then had the car for 4 days to get told nothing wrong! 24 hours later shock and behold back misting up again! Been a week and no one has phone me back after phoning multiple times asking to speak to a manger! Got told they would leave the job open but honestly they just fill you of so much rubbish it’s unreal. Never using or buying from them again and I’ve always bought a car from them!
Took car for service and MOT. Service apparently conducted a full car heath check and picked up nothing. Car failed its MOT on dangerous broken springs and advosory on brake lines.nnTheir excuse for the service not picking it up was that their service technicians are not to the same standard as an MOT tester.nnThis is just not acceptable. MOTs are there to flag basics on a car. A service is supposed to do the rest and allow an owner to know what else is going wrong.nBy the time i got to the service centre to collect the car, the MOT advisories had suddenly changed to failures.nThey claim this was a computer error.nThey just cannot be trusted to do a decent job or keep people safe on the roads.nnIf my MOT was 6 months away they would have put me on the road in a deathtrap.nWords cannot express how disgusted and furious i am.
The receptionist demonstrated a lack of professionalism, and the service advisor's communication skills were inadequate in addressing my concerns and providing timely updates regarding my vehicle. I am deeply dissatisfied with the overall service experience.
