Shocking service & would not recommend Autoglass unless you have absolutely no other choice - engineer did not show up at the appointed time - phoned & asked if I could take the car into the shop instead which I could not why would I have booked a home visit if I could? - said someone would call me to rebook & no one did - had to pay in advance so zero incentive to provide good service!
Very poor quality of work done. The rear window on the trunk lid is not glued symmetrically. On one side, there is a 3 mm gap between the glass and the body. On the other side, it is 1.5 cm. After paying attention, the gentlemen moved the glass a little in the right direction, but it is still not perfect. The seal around the glass is not hidden, like waves on the sea. I would have done the job myself with better results. More commitment, gentlemen, more quality, gentlemen. Isn't there a manager in the company who checks the quality of employees' work?nPoorly, very poorly.
Went here as car insurance sent me here. They not only did a very poor job that required multiple follow up appointments, they also caused more damage to my car, and are denying the damage was caused by them. My advice: Avoid at all costs!
Very professional service new window fitted in just a couple of hours
Unfortunately use these guys far too much thankfully they provide an absolute stellar service can’t fault them at all, thanks again for another shiny new windscreen.
