Completely and utterly incompetent. I ordered an outfit in a UK size 10 in store in February and have since been sent no less than THREE UK size 14's. I have now been sent a 4th item in an unknown size to the WRONG ADDRESS! I don't know what drugs these people are taking to make them so useless. I'm waiting for further information oo at the very least an apology but so far neither has happened. How this company manage to squeeze so much money out of people is a complete mystery. What a joke!

Everything I like clothes wise is £78. Frustrating as some coat hooks I wanted which were on show were not available.
