Story

we are one of the Midlands leading hair and beauty salon's, based in the cathedral city of Lichfield, Staffordshire; providing a diverse range of styling and colour ranges from the industry leading suppliers Redken. Joells started 28 years ago by the sole owner David Nolan and recently expanded the business to include beauty and aesthetic treatments which has quickly become a very popular addition.

We had my daughter’s & her friend’s birthday party. It was a pamper party & what an absolutely amazing party it was. Abbie & her parents were immense. They were all so attentive to all the girls, food was provided, pink sparkly lemonade, bracelet making, colouring, crystal facial gems & tattoos was also provided. I would 100% recommend them, I honestly can’t speak highly enough of how fabulous they were. My daughter & all her friends have said it was the best party they’ve had & been to. Thank you to Abbie & her parents again for a fabulous day & for making Daisy & Celena’s party the absolute best
This is my second time at Joell’s, And won’t be my last. The staff are so welcoming, chatty and friendly. The lady who coloured my hair today was great in helping me to decide exactly what I wanted out of the session. She did a great job in getting my desired colour. Great conversation flow with the two staff on, made me feel very relaxed. Would recommend to anyone.

Dave is brilliant, very friendly always makes me welcome, have been three times and will continue to do so 5 star's, best haircut I have had in a long time.
Just walking past on a Saturday as well & thought I wonder if they can fit me. They did Dave gave me a fabulous hair conditioning treatment a trim and lots of laughs. Had a great experience at Joells today. Was a bit late as got lost in Lichfield but after a phone call I got directions and met Laine who cut my hair. I almost walked straight passed until I noticed a brand I used to buy back in NZ. I started looking in the window and Dave came out to greet me. A friendly personality and seemed like a genuine gent. Next thing we're walking in and I'm getting a trim and buying products. I'm talking about the person and not the place. But this is exactly the kind of place I would be happy to visit again. Someone who shows that it's about the vibe not the service and still the service was great. Keeping up with the latest trends and retaining their current cliental. Awesome Dave
