Awful customer service!!! I was booking on behalf of my friends and I, but we were on holiday and was unsure about wanting a tattoo or not as the weather has been lovely and we know you can’t tattoo on sunburnt skin, so we had spent a day messaging back and fourth about designs and prices and availability but ended up having to not want one anymore since we was all too sunburnt to be tattooed on. I did give him the benefit of the doubt and apologised for messing them around, and for the hassle and He had messaged about whether we still wanted the space and I said no. Upon this he sent a very rude message saying “thanks for wasting my time I could’ve booked someone else” which I appreciate this business is cutthroat and your wages are based on commission but if we decided not to book in the end I don’t think I should’ve received that response, i will say messaging anyway he wasn’t very friendly, not very informative and when I’ve looked at the gallery the tattoos weren’t even that good anyway. So I wouldn’t go here again and I would avoid getting anything done here and spend your time and money getting it done by someone nicer and better.

I had my first ever tattoo here last week and couldn't of been happier! From the moment I walked in nervous as hell, Joe put me at ease and made me feel so comfortable! I love my tattoo and can't wait to get another!!!

I have had all of my tattoos and my lip and nose pierced done here will never go anywhere else, Joe and team make you feel welcome and at ease if you are feeling nervous about your tattoo.

Went to Joe's Tattoo Shop today to have my ears pierced. When I entered all the staff said hello and were very polite and friendly. Kelly was the piercing specialist so she did my ears for me. She was very smiley and friendly and calmed me down when I got a bit nervy. The cleanliness of the place was impeccable, the piercing was quick and easy. She used a clip, which are more clean, instead of a gun or needle. She gave clear and easy advice on cleaning the earrings as well. This was all done very quickly. I would defiantly recommend to people wanting a tattoo or any piercing. The service was amazing and it wasn't very expensive. I would defiantly recommend it.

Friendly in here Went in for piercing,was done quickly,she talked us my sister and I through everything and gave us warnings when we needed it. Went through aftercare as well Very clean also in here,even wiped everything down after she'd finished me and was going to do my sister my sister wouldn't of cared if she didn't Very happy with everything

DO NOT GET A TATTOO DONE BY JOE HERE!! I recently had a tattoo of a mermaid in a bottle done here, and its awful. The lines are really wonky and some of the ink is patchy. I contacted other tattoo artists and they cannot fix the lines so i've had to resort to laser tattoo removal so i will eventually be able to get a cover up. The staff were unpleasant as they were constantly swearing all the time, and i was given NO advice on how to take care of my tattoo. I hope you're ashamed of yourselves for leaving me and many other people with crappy tattoos.

I've been going to Joe's for many years for my piercings and Kelly is fantastic, very kind and really professional, I would definitely recommend here as I've had a number of piercings done here and all are great.
