Used school vouchers to help pay for uniform, unfortunately the lady serving mostly left me to defend for myself and liked to let the shop now I had vouchers , compared to previous year when I had cash and they couldn't have been more helpful. total humiliating experience this year .
Nice friendly lady who was more than helpful on the phone and then in person I will definitely come back for any school uniform needs
after ordering and coming to pick them up, it turned out that my order was given to another person. the staff are very bad at their job
Brilliant service, three different schools to shop for and easy as pie with the personal service from a member of staff. The lady who helped was brilliant, helped with trying on, sizing, was patient and polite and very helpful. I did not feel rushed or flustered and actual enjoyed the school shop for once. Came out with everything we needed and what we couldn't get was ordered for us. Three happy children and happy me, the personal service is a great idea and something I hope they keep in place, this makes the dreaded uniform shop alot easier.

Although they have a bit of a monopoly, the assistants at Harrison's are always extremely helpful and polite. If they don't have a particular item in stock, they'll go out of their way to get it for you.
The lady who served us young lady was amazing. Little one has additional needs and the lady listened to what I said and took it slowly with her to get everything right. So helpful and lovely! Thank you for making it so easy!
I have just popped to Harrisons to exchange some school shirts, and i was SO impressed with my customer service ive had to cone on here and share! I didnt catch the ladies name but she was quite a young girl with impeccable manners and sales service delivery! Thankyou so much because its getting harder to find such quality and etiquette these days.
Very well organised, had everything I needed and all staff are polite and friendly.
Love shopping here. The staff are friendly and will help you find exactly what you need and if they don't currently have it they will order it in for you. I love that if it isn't too busy you will always get one on one help which makes what you need even easier to find. I Was in and out within 20 minutes equipt with blazers, jumpers and bags. Would definitely recommend.
