Great company, good quality work and always happy to help. They have completed various flooring jobs for us all have been brilliant. Highly recommend.

Had loads of work carried out by Grosvenor, including whole of back garden lawn replaced with artificial turf, lounge, hall & landing having Karndean flooring laid in herringbone. Stairs carpeted, and master bedroom laid in luxury vynl planks. The quality and service was second to none. All of my guests comment on this work. Top job Grosvenor

Paid £1500 for some karndean flooring. Have been fighting this company now for over two years. Was told by Richard that all flooring had a life time guarantee provided they done the latex screeding (another £250 on top). The screed on our floor is cracking and crazing beyond belief. At least 40% of the tiles have lifted causing hill in our lounge. Having contacted Karndean directly they inform us that there is no life time guarantee and that the latex screeding could easily have been done by ourselves as they do not require the fitter to actually carry it out and it has no effect on the guarantee at all as to who carries out this procedure.They also informed us that the fitter is required to carry out a damp test prior to fitting and that all flooring was required to be set in the room to be fitted for at least 24 hours prior to being laid as to acclimatise to the atmosphere. Have been onto the company many times but only find our pleas are completely ignored or treated with down right rudemess. We have had our floor tested by an independent surveyor and have no dampness. We have now been in touch with trading standards who have advised us to take this company to court as we have a claim (as the floor has not been laid a) as required by the makers and b) has not had sufficient wear and tear for this to be happening at such a rapid rate. This action we are now considering. PLEASE BE VERY WEARY ABOUT USING THIS COWBOY COMPANY TO FIT ANT FLOORING.
