For me being unemployed is a bad enough experience. I find this Jobcentre excellent with the exception of 1 person on the ground floor in the way of his blunt approach in verbally speaking to me showing no care or compassion. Although the staff i have been in contact with on the first floor have been excellent especially my work coach in the way of their behaviour in speaking to myself, showing care and compassion. All questions i have had for my work coach through universal credit have been answered promptly. This is why i give this Jobcentre a 4 star review.

It's a jobcentre, sometimes they're helpful and sometimes they're useless. Usually aload of chavs standing outside smoking and swearing and frankly I avoid the place like the plague unless I really really really have to see someone for advice and help

Rude people. They don't even help you. They take advantage of your situation by making you work for free for "work experience"

Disgusting how they reduced my money by a lot so basically living on fukall all because I missed 1 appointment due to family problems need to fix them selves up!
