We reached out to Simon to plan and design our single storey extension in 2020. Simon was polite professional and a great to collaborate with. He was quickly able to understand our needs and what we wanted and provided a perfect design for our extension. Simon was also courteous and happy to answer any and all of our queries whether by phone or email. Very timely responses and quick to provide drawings, planning submissions and updates. Project was completed in 2021. Very happy with the results. Highly recommended Simon and his team.
It was great to work with Simon from the first meeting, design to the finished extension. He has been attentive and patient with all our needs, even helping us with any issues that came up. We felt informed with every decision and updated on progress. We would highly recommend him!

I found these on Facebook, local company with great reviews.. worth a punt we thought. After initial consultation we knew we was in safe hands. Simon had some plans over in no time with some other ideas attached. After several revisions, which were completed in no time at all we had the our master plan. It was a pleasure working with Simon and his Team. They are efficient and professional. He produced drawings for our loft conversion and any amendments that were required were turned around quickly. We will be working with Affordable Home Designs on all of our projects in the future.
Fantastic service from Simon, he designed plans for a downstairs extension, handled the submission and obtaining structural calculations so the process ran smoothly. He was quick and very reasonably priced , and available to contact through email.
We wanted a new extension to our house and Simon at Affordable Home Designs did a fantastic job of designing our build and then guiding us through the planning process. Always returned our calls/emails if we had any queries. I would definitely recommend.
I contacted Simon about a rear and first floor extension, once I contacted Simon I found him very easy to talk to and get my point across. he also agreed to come and meet me on a Saturday even though he doesn't usually work weekends, once I told him what I wanted he got to work straight away whenever there were any queries he was easily accessible on the phone. I had no issues on planning. Would highly recommend.
I m really very thankful to everyone for so perfect service which I got but specially to Simon . I wasn't sure where to start with my garage conversion where to call what documents to provide but Simon explain me everything from beginning till the end .
