Got a message in January saying my children "were just verified in my UC account this Jan 2023" ,but my children were put in my journal in 2017?,then they were verified 2017! Then they say they are taking £145000 out of my wages whereas I have been unemployed since 2019. I was in a car accident 2021 and still getting physio and use a walking sticks- these people in Bathgate are a disgrace.
Its a dull building , quicker it closes the better
The dwp are nothing more that bigoted, discriminatory, draconian, fascist, ignorant pig's. 1st August 2017 I was declared medically unfit to work, my condition also comes with a health warning as I am unmedicated due to this government. I am entilted to E.S.A Support based and I am entitled to full P.I.P, both enhanced daily living and mobility. Here we are currently on the 8th of June 2018 and I am still not getting the finacial support I am entitled. These people seem to think they know better than medical professionals do. Complete breach of human rights, breach of the equalities act and a breach of the adult protection of scotland. Nearly a year now I have been left with £0 income and I have a baby in this house. This government needs brought down now!
I had an appointment that despite my being a few minutes late for, was still kept by the careers coach I was seeing. Despite my having made a mistake on my application for a claim they were able to help me quickly and professionally offering me realistic advise and feedback.

This place is an absolute joke. The staff are fine the services are a disgrace.
The automated system is a joke all it does is send me to the website when I need a person to talk to about specific things.
