It is always a pleasure to visit the Ladywell Post Office! The staff are incredibly friendly, helpful and always ready to help, even when there are a lot of people. They handle queues efficiently, and I've never felt like I was being rushed. Excellent service, thank you!
First time I visited this post office to drop off a prepaid package. Very rude staff, I don’t understand why you would work with the public if you can’t be friendly. I will not go back there.
Superb for posting stuff staff very helpful selection of crisps and juice and post office and other supplies
Woman that works the desk seems to have a massive attitude problem, like me coming in to drop off a parcel is a massive inconvenience to her? It’s literally her job
The lady working the post office was very helpful and friendly, very good customer service.
